Sweet Berry Farm is Newport County’s newest premier green venue. A working farm with approximately 80 of its 100 acres under cultivation, it is conserved through a partnership with the Aquidneck Land Trust. Just minutes from downtown Newport, it is the perfect natural setting to host your special event.
Overlooking Aquidneck Island, Sweet Berry Farm provides use of two different locations:
(1) the Orchard Field, bordered by apple and peach orchards, picturesque curly willow trees,
a post-and-beam Barn, and sloping fields;
(2) the Barn itself, with an indoor fieldstone fireplace.
Whether your event is a an elegant private party, a memorable wedding or rehearsal dinner,
a corporate function, a pull-out-all-the-stops gala fundraiser, or anything in between, our wide open Orchard Field can accommodate anywhere from 20 to 500 guests. Our Barn is the perfect spot for a small rehearsal dinner, wedding, or intimate dinner party, and the apple orchard is a beautiful backdrop for your wedding ceremony.
